  I AM FROM UPSTATE NEW YORK...BUT I HAVE A HOME IN SANDISFIELD..IT TAKES ME 6 MINUTES TO GET TO CANTINA from my home in sandisfield....IT IS THE CUTEST PLACE and the food is phanominal.it's vegetables, meat, raised by the young couple who owns the restaurant.the owner is always on site and cooking and mingling with their customers.been there three times and loved it everytime..WILL BE BACK..MIGHT GO TONIGHT FOR TACO TUESDAY..HAVEN'T TRIED THAT YET...CAN'T WAIT..LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CAN'T SAY NOMORE!!!!

  Just had amazing dinner with family. The food was new and interesting. The restaurant atmosphere was multigenerational, cozy with great service.

  Overall a great experience - beautiful dining room, easy to get to with lots of parking - good for dinner without the summer weekend hassle of downtown Great Barrington.
  
  The food was all pretty good, with small bites being more interesting (if, as advertised, small) and larger bites being well done comfort-food basics. The menu is small and no doubt constantly changing, which I liked, but there's a bit of a disconnect between higher-concept appetizers and surprisingly filling, straightforward main courses - a safe space to convince your unadventurous parents to try kimchi, but I would have liked a more ambitious seasonal main course. Apps were $10-12, mains $15-24. Dessert was fantastic. Wine and beer list is small, well-picked, and priced fairly to keep you toasty. I didn't try cocktails, but I'm looking forward to coming back for the bar.
  
  Service was friendly and personal, with the owner makes the rounds of the tables. Timing on food was a little off, but easily forgiven in the great atmosphere conducive to hanging out.

  I haven't eaten there yet,but I stopped through to say hello and get a menu,i didn't know they were even up there,it was a pleasant surprise to walk in to see such a young man with such a beautiful restaurant..GOING BACK TONIGHT.SOOOO CUTE AND COMFY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY,WE NEED THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IN WINTER,I TOLD HIM LETS HAVE SALSA DANCE NIGHT AND DELIVERY WOULD BE GRAND,,THIS GUY WHO OWNS THIS PLACE IS A VERY FRIENDLY PERSON,,GOING THERE TONIGHT TO EAT DINNER AND HAVE A MARGARITA.I WILL RETURN TO TELL YOU MY EXPERIENCE.SHOULD BE GREAT.CANT WAIT.
